<>和朋友聊天时，听她说市场上的豆芽不安全，她是吃自己发的豆芽。俺也试了一次，发出来的样子和市场上的差别真大，市场上的豆芽个个白白胖胖的，可自己发的豆芽很瘦，绿豆芽和黄豆芽比起来就更加细小了，这才相信了市场里的豆芽都是用过药的，不禁倒吸一口凉气。</P>
<>制做方法：</P>
<>先将豆子用水泡一下，然后放在有漏水的两用洗菜盆内，下面的盆里加少许水，然后盖上盖子，每天用水淋一次，这种大热天，有三天就发好了。</P>
<>吃起来口感也和买来的不同，豆香很浓，豆芽有咬劲。绿豆芽和黄豆芽比起来，俺更喜欢吃黄豆芽，用它来炒肉丝很不错。</P>
