铃兰现在可以种了吗？(冒牙了)

<>去年团购得来的，一直放在妈妈那里，结果半死不活的，拿回来时叶片全干枯了，也没去管她</P>
<>前几天需要盆，把铃兰给倒出来，结果根上有三个芽，兴奋！！</P>
<>后就顺手换土重新种好，今天小小的芽已经露了出来</P>
<>台风过后天气热了，不知道会影响生长吗？</P>之后要注意什么吗？
