< >正好那天买了一堆大虾, 锅说要吃虾饼的, 于是开始洗虾剪须剥壳. 头的部分包含内里的浆要保留的, 身体壳剥去不要, 泥肠可以顺便一起轻轻一拉拉出来的.</P>

< >还是来显显俺自创滴虾酱吧:</P>
< >锅里淋入生抽和酒, 等量的. 投入一朵八角一起熬热, 将清理好的虾头放入一起煮熟, 汤的量不能过多, 不然汁水太多, 酱就不浓了.</P>
< >煮熟后把八角挑出不要, 连汤带虾头一起放入搅拌机中搅打成泥状.</P>
< >好了, 这就是成品了, 容易吧?</P>
