<>做法：上好五花肉2斤，洗净切块备用，大小随个人喜好。炒锅加少许色拉油和适量冰糖后加热，慢火炒制糖稀，此过程比较关键，火大火急会将糖稀炒糊发苦，应在冰糖融化出沫沫花即将散去之时放入切好之五花肉翻炒，此时可以将火改大，糖稀上色肉块出油之后加入料酒、姜块、香叶、八角等佐料，继续翻炒入味（说明一点：此烧法不加一滴生抽或老抽，和新桐烧法有些不同）后加适量盐、开水漫过肉块改小火闷煮，大约一个半小时后改大火收汁即可。</P>
