摔粒沙子--南乳肉

<>看高手都在参赛做五花肉，有祖传古法的、有冰糖上色的，看的是口水连连，俺也摔粒沙子，做个土法南乳肉，不是参赛，只是供大家扔砖，请大家指教。</P>
<>超市里连肋排的方肉，才6.8元一斤，把肋排切下另做烤肋排，剩下五花肉可以做红烧肉，烧烤肋排都要13元一斤，这样是不是便宜很多了。</P>
