<>馅料:</P>
<>菠萝  1000克<BR>冬瓜  1000克<BR>白糖  300克<BR>麦芽糖 150克<BR>菠萝冬瓜去皮,磨成细丝,家用磨萝卜丝的工具好用!然后冬瓜丝菠萝丝放入锅煮。。。。。。煮成透明感后加糖,继续翻炒,看看汁水快干了加麦芽糖,最后呈粘稠状即可。<BR>熬馅料比较热啊,满头大汗,这是熬好的。 <FONT color=#294365><BR><BR></FONT></P>

<>面皮材料<BR><BR>黄油    80克<BR>酥油    80克<BR>白糖    50克<BR>奶粉    40克(我家没有,省略)<BR>低筋粉  300克<BR>蛋      1只<BR>盐      1/4小匙(我是随便抓了点)<BR><BR>黄油酥油白糖打发,然后加蛋汁搅拌,均匀后筛入面粉奶粉盐 轻轻搅拌。<BR><BR>然后25克面皮包入馅料,整形。<BR>180度  15分钟 翻面 继续烤5分钟,出炉。<BR><BR>这是25克面团的摸样。 <FONT color=#294365><BR><BR></FONT></P>
