< >用料:面筋150克,胡萝卜50克,毛豆30克,鲜香菇5朵,葱末10克,酱油10ml,白砂糖5克,油10毫升<br>做法:<br>1.胡萝卜洗净,切成薄片,小香菇洗净,去蒂,沥干水分;<br>3.锅中烧开水,先防如毛豆煮5分钟,捞出沥干.再将面筋泡防入开水锅中,加盖煮3分钟,面筋泡变软后捞出,充分沥干;<br>3.大火先烧热干炒锅,防入凉油,将葱末炒出香味后放香菇和胡萝卜煸炒1分钟,调入酱油,白砂糖和少许热水,大火烧开.放入沥干面筋泡,改中火炖10分钟;<br>4.待汤汁浓厚后,防入煮熟的毛豆炒匀.改大火,汤汁基本收干后淋入麻油即可.</P>
