西行散记之吃

<>实在太无聊了,或则我饿了,没事干理了一下这次西行的照片,吃的照片不是很多,但是很多有趣的事都发生在吃这件事上.吃是很重要的事情,民以食为天么,你想天是最大的了,谁还大的过天,这样计算一下,好象吃等于天,天等于大,吃就等于大了...罗嗦一下.</P>
<>好了现在让我好好回忆我们的行程和我们的每一顿(事实上根本想不起来,就看看有记录的几顿好了).这次有幸和笛子一起出行,并且把原计划的自虐游变成了腐败游,但是在吃的方面,因为我这个财务比较抠门,没有腐败到那里去.我们，我们每顿还是以炒几个菜为主,有时候午饭不吃,大多晚饭过饱,早饭大多数时候是稀饭和馒头,这符合中国人的传统习惯.但是后来发现经费是充裕的,就有点大吃大喝起来,但那已经是最后那几天了.</P>
<>这是我们3个还没碰到老唐他们的时候,在马而康菜香源饭店吃的晚饭.店小但是很干净,味道不错价格便宜.导致我们后来又回来吃了一顿,刚开始我是很负责的照下了每个菜,但是后来就因为偷懒或者锇极了先吃来不及照等等原因,我们的很多关于吃的好照片都没有照,也只能记在脑子里了.</P>

<>这几个菜值得记忆是因为玉米是用当地的新鲜玉米炒的,蛋汤的做法和我们不一样,蛋是先在油里煎过的.<br></P>

<>吃过了这顿我们第2天去了色达五明佛学院,因为笛子要去看她出了家的朋友.去之前笛子网上查了资料说那里有多艰苦,连蔬菜水果都没的吃之类,到达以后才发现实在是上当,佛学院里有饭店有菜场,虽然条件差点,但还是被我看到了不下4.5个杂货店,有一家的馒头味道不错,才卖5毛一个.去的当天晚上下了一场雨,第2天天气阴霾,几个人窝在家里,笛子想出来的卖土豆吃,高原上煮东西不容易大家都知道,我们用高压锅勉强把土豆煮熟了,蘸辣酱吃,还有一种调料是酥油和盐混一下,也很香,但是总的来说土豆没有我想象中的那么好吃,高原紫色皮的土豆.</P>

<>我喜欢把土豆煮熟以后蘸着盐吃，这次加了老干妈辣酱一起吃，我觉得更好吃了。想起小时候，偷邻居家地里土豆的糗事[em04][em04]。</P>
<>那天晚上你和她们一起吃酥油白糖拌米饭的味道怎么不说说？别以为我睡着了不知道，其实是头疼的厉害不想动，你们在那里吃东西，说话我可是听得很清楚类。没想到还是你最强呀。</P>
<>真怀念在色达的那顿饭，虽然简单，但是大家都很高兴，围着炉子烤火，喝茶，吃东西，把寒冷都关在外面了。照老唐的说法：你一年里有几天可以这样悠闲呢？可以不用考虑其他事情，单单享受这样的温暖。</P>

<>后来我们就和老唐老张他们碰上了,到达炉霍县城的时候,笛子提出来吃藏餐,反正也是没有吃过,我也搞不懂正宗的藏餐是什么样子,找了一个藏餐厅就坐下了,还是在一个2楼的走廊上,正好看夕阳.要了糌粑,手抓牛肉了酥油茶.酥油茶应该是用酥油和煮好的大叶茶搅打在一起,加了点盐,味道还不错,牛肉就嚼不烂了,也难怪,还是高原的问题,要煮烂费时费力费资源.糌粑是捏好了给我们的,就象吃粗糙的干面粉,有点咽不下去,我还是吃了两团.</P>
<>肉总是肉,比较受欢迎.虽然后来我们基本是吃卤牛肉的,但是我们还是认为我们的牙口是不适合这里的肉食的.</P>

<>后来回到四川，红原那里看到卖牦牛酸奶的是35一小箱，里面有9罐，现在还有3罐在冰箱里。带回家才觉得这个酸奶的味道太浓烈了，有的吃不消吃哦。好象是比较适合在草原上吃的食物。</P>

<>每次路过牧民的帐篷，我们就试图去蹭吃蹭喝，但几乎没有行动，唯有在卡萨湖边的时候，走进在湖边耍坝子的牧民的帐篷里，也只有吃了几粒瓜子，喝了他们一瓶雪碧．当地人非常的友好而热情，他们都很好客也喜欢和我们交流，虽然交流起来是比较困难的，因为感觉决大部分的藏民没有学过普通话，有时候有点点鸡同鸭的味道．</P>
<>我们愉快的就餐经历有好几次，先说说第一次的野餐．这里是美丽的拉日马乡，也许很多人都不知道这个地方．当我们翻越海拔４０００多米的高山，就进入了开阔的山谷，山谷里开满了鲜花，还有柏树和大石头构成的河滩．我们参观了被称为石板村的拉日马，在回来的路上，我们把早上准备好的卤牛肉和馍拿出来，一人分了一条黄瓜，就着一点点当地的泡菜就这样蹲在地上吃起来．那时候已经下午一两点钟了，天很蓝，风很轻，白云悠悠的挂在蓝天上，旁边有勿忘我散发的香气，正好肚子有点点饿，这样的一顿，吃的不开心是不行的．看看这些人的表情就知道了．</P>
<>最后我们到旁边耍坝子的人群里蹭了一杯茶，他们给我们一些风干牛肉．那个肉是去年的１２月就做下去的，生肉切成条加上辣酱等调料，放在帐篷外面任风吹日晒，到我嘴里已经是发硬的嚼不烂的木头了，哪里吃的消吃啊．</P>

<>高原上煮饭想来真的比较困难的，早饭的包子馒头总是感觉有点粘牙，不知道是不是没有熟透．米饭很多时候感觉是捞饭，就是水里煮煮捞起来蒸熟的那种，米粒都是分开的．后来在马尼干戈帕尼酒店总算是吃了我喜欢的湿答答的粘粘的饭，这才是饭么，还用这样奇怪的东西装了过来．帕尼酒店的餐厅生意好的很，因为饭菜可口，价格实惠，过往的司机和住店的人谁又会不吃呢？我们住店的那天晚饭才叫热闹，大厅的一桌男人和包厢的一桌女人在对歌，所有吃饭的人都乐了．你方唱罢我登场，我们只看到唱歌的男人，个个面带笑容，想来心里一定乐开了花，这里的百姓就是这样乐呵呵的，把个吃饭也用唱歌的方式吃到你胃口大开．</P>

<>你们不要以为这是我们吃的很干净的表现，到后来被我们津津乐道的一顿，是名符其实的三光．所谓菜光饭光汤光．连汤都喝光了，敢情是饿的不行了，的确是，为了赶到目的地，中途没有停留，那时拉日马直奔甘孜的时候，等安顿好住宿，几个人都饿的不行了，结果就是连汤都喝光了．人饿的时候真是什么都好吃，尽管我现在实在想不起来那顿吃了什么菜，就知道饿的时候是最合理利用资源的时候，至少我们没有浪费一点粮食．<BR></P>
