<><FONT size=4>头一次体会到原来溯溪是这样子的，溪水很清，我灌了一瓶，好好喝啊． <IMG src="http://www.sz68.com/forum/image/post/smile/face11.gif"> <br>登山过程中，大家互相帮助和关心，充分体现了团队精神．很多无法上去的地方，都是拉的拉，推的推爬上去的，我必须高度集中，很怕一不小心会摔下去．<br>很佩服这几位５０年代的，可别小看她们啊，个个都是老驴来的．</FONT></P>

<><FONT size=2>点钟时，到达海拔８００多米，领队决定在这里午餐，午餐后想再往上登的，可以继续登山顶，估计来回还得一个小时．<br>有经验的驴友带了炉子＼青菜＼面条（手工面哟，有点象陕西的那种面，叫啥忘了，就是用手指头捏出来的）＼西瓜＼咖啡＼啤酒，丰富的ＦＢ开始了．ＦＢ后还有人负责清理垃圾，将垃圾背回山下扔掉．绝不污染美丽的青山绿水．</FONT></P>
