| | Description: | | Bougainvillea arborea is the world's only "true" totally thornless and fragrant Bougainvillea. This variety's deep green, elongated leaves and bright lavender bracts really catch the eye! This is a hardy, fast growing variety, yet it branches freely. Bougainvillea arborea is unique in another way, it is fragrant with a Honeysuckle-like scent. Flowers year around but most heavily from September through May.
