黄鱼斜刀切缝,用黄酒和酱油,姜腌10分左右,盘里放2勺沙拉油,放入黄鱼烤10分,取出盘,再淋入刚才的腌料少许,放些芝麻,模蜂蜜,放入柠檬片,不用挤,就是想香一点而已。
如果你爱吃咸一点,可以出炉的时候再喷斜调料。
