屋顶是混凝土现浇的，露台在东边，估计１０几个平方左右，只能在露台上做文章．巧克力，我现在需要做什么？怎么叫施工队做防水呢？
屋子就图片上这样，因为迷信，婆婆说农历五月不好上梁，所以施工暂时停下来了，等六月开工．

防水层叫施工队做，应该会的没问题的。顶楼做个玻璃暧房。窗台修的宽一点就可放花了。
