奉化芋头

在台湾菜谱上看到只要是芋头,就是奉化和福建浦沥的最好,想来当年老蒋一定带了这芋头到台湾去种植了,都说蒋介石无论到那里都带有这种芋头在身边可以随时有的吃.

奉化芋头又绵又糯又香,用水煮或者蒸熟多可以的.用棉线拉成一片一片用糖沾着吃.
菜市里有卖的,但是经常有JS拿其他的芋头充数,那种怎么煮也不烂.[em00]

江南的芋头有两种，一种是红梗的，一种是白梗的，红梗的芋头又香又糯，白梗的产量比较高，不过口味不行，有渣，不容易酥烂。反正上菜场捡红红的芋头买，没错的。

我婆婆种了一些红毛芋头，只有普通芋头大小，被人偷了一些，给我一些，煮的很烂，很好吃

宁波菜芯干,颜色挺漂亮的,可以当零食吃了,说白了就是脱水蔬菜.

羊尾笋,有是雪窦山出的.我老姐买的,她懂的挑笋的,谁叫她老公是安吉的,安吉也很多笋的.

黄鱼干,溪口虽不靠海,但海鲜也是平常之菜
就冲这点,它成了我梦想的养老之地,我喜欢有山有水,LG没海鲜吃不行,觉的这地方最适合我们了,就是不知道将来.........
