买了毛老老做糕点的材料和工具（蛋糕做好了）

夜深人静在做蛋糕

晚上照片拍的不是很清楚就没拍工具

把做好的蛋糕放上来显 一下

用低筋面粉做果然很成功

就是在烤的时候一时没注意把温度调低得太快，马上就见蛋糕体收缩了[em02][em02][em02]

不过好了以后拿出来糊了点奶油上去也看不出有裂痕

另外一个心型的还不错，都没裂。看样子我的模子还太小，按配方的一半比例做的还是用了两个模子

不管会不会胖，做好了以后马上就吃掉了一大块，味道不错

笛子

本来想撒点糖粉在上面的，结果表面好象沾不住，一抖都滑边上去了，搞的个蛋糕白呼呼的，本来金黄色的还好看点，真是画蛇添足了

不过放这里也不怕露丑，反正这块表面还是满平整的

她这里东西齐全，又送货上门，我就省得麻烦了

店主的弟弟是凯悦的西点师，以后会免费搞点培训班什么的，也不错啊。

凯悦已经开啦?我总是记挂着,那么好的地段,建筑也不错,闲置了那么长时间真太浪费了.
