建议剪掉叶子，放在10度以下环境中强制休眠一、二个月。我去年有几颗冬天一直放在温暖的阳台里，叶子一直郁郁葱葱，结果大多春天都没开花。朱顶红一般8、9月份花芽分化，如果冬秋缺少休眠，可能花芽生长会停滞。

先看一下球是否烂了，如果正常则不必着急，我有一盆11月初种的，其中两球才5公分高，一球才冒芽。
