<>     这个是真的苦瓜，真正的苦瓜！最早的苦瓜就是这个样子的，现在菜场买的是改良过的品种，果实长了，有的也光滑多了，还有白色的品种，这些都是园艺工作者育种的成绩。菜场上的苦瓜确实如你说是吃皮的，但是你只要能采到它的老熟的果实，你也会发现它的“瓜囊”也和“金铃子”一模一样，熟了后也是红色的，而且味道也一模一样。反过来“金铃子”在还没熟的时候，你也可以把它炒菜吃，味道比苦瓜稍微差点，比较硬，因为苦瓜是经过改良的“金铃子”，它已经更加适合人们菜用类。</P>
