< > 材料很简单:面条、豆角(其实我用的是刀豆,一直以为刀豆和豆角是差不多的东西,不知道是不是这样子),肉片。</P>
< > 先把肉片用料酒、嫩肉粉(没有的话,可以用淀粉加盐)腌上,汤锅里烧上水,乘肉片腌着水烧着时正好把刀豆洗净,掰成小段(很会统筹安排吧--其实是地球人都懂这么做的先后顺序的,但是我会经常没头脑的搞反顺序,浪费时间)。</P>
<DIV> 刀豆处理完,水也烧开了,面条过一下滚水,立即捞出,冷水冲洗--其实面条不煮也可以的,但是焖的时候就会比较花时间,而且可能会比较干硬一点。</DIV>
