<>俺也给几家人家造过屋顶花园，一般造价都要超过业主的预算心里价位。达到同样效果，屋顶花园的造价至少是地面花园的两倍。而且，小区物业往往限制颇多，比如影响小区整体形象啦，虫会飞到隔壁邻居家啦。。。。。不一而足，让你烦不胜烦，还有，花园养护也是麻烦较大，一般屋顶花园土层不会做得很厚的。</P>
