<>一路过去,铁路就在公路的边上延伸.一直铺到羊八井这里了.明年7月可以通车.</P>

<>8月20日<BR>08：00    总算天亮了，其实6点多我就已经醒来，不想吵着他们，在床上坚持了好长时间，把窗户打开放了点新鲜空气进来。外面还在下雨，进来的空气很冷，可是管不了那么多了。还是起床以后感觉好多了，除了头还有点疼，没什么大的不适。大家的脸都白白的，嘴唇紫紫的，精神还不错。<BR>08：30    早饭没胃口吃，直接出发去那木措了，一路都是狂风大雨，有点担心那木措的天气好不好。<BR>12：00    到那根拉山口，冷。<BR>12：30    到那木措，雨继续在下，我们花60元租了个帐篷，用自己带的气炉烧面条，煎香肠，热乎乎的感觉好多了。外面狂风大雨，帐篷里满满的都是食物的香味，喝着热乎乎的茶，感觉满舒服，就算看不到风景，也没什么了。<BR>13：30    吃完饭，外面居然放晴了。远方雪白的念青唐古拉山在蓝天下闪着银光，阳光挥洒在浩瀚的湖面，银光点点。风卷云舒，碧波拍打在岸边，击起碎玉般的浪花。湖边的山头挂满雪白的哈达，那木措的圣洁让人屏息。骑马20元/半小时，后来发现我的价格最贵。因为雨后很凉快，没做任何防晒措施，当时还不觉得疼，过了段时间脸上开始脱皮，变花猫了。<BR>15：30    天色又暗下来，看到远方的乌云渐渐过来，看样子晚上又要下雨，看不到星空了，决定还是当天赶回拉萨住。在路上碰到小李进去，他们要在那木措住一个晚上。<BR>18：30    到了拉萨，天气倒是不错，太阳还高高挂着。住东措国际青年旅社，可能是旺季，4人间40/人，比其他几家都要贵。不过后来经过比较，发现还是这里的房间最舒服，干净没有酥油味道，其他生活设施也很方便。<BR>19：00    肚子很饿，出去吃饭。要了清炒菠菜和白米饭，可是东西放在面前却一点都吃不下，只想喝水，可能是太疲劳了，高原反应还没有适应。<BR>20：00    回房间洗了澡，躺在干净的床上真舒服，马上就睡着了。</P>

<>.3年前去的时候根本没有路,车子就在草原上奔跑,当时我们的司机还和其他司机飙车,疾弛过溪流,溅起巨大的水花,很痛快的.</P>
