>这是从阳光房往外拍的,视野很受阻,河里的水快干了,河床全露出来了.旁边那小区的围墙种了满墙的蔷薇,现在开了第二茬,花朵比第一茬的小得多,一簇簇小花粉红中间白,楚楚动人,上下班经过的时候总有掏出相机拍下来的冲动,不过担心路人会用诧异的眼光盯着俺,只好忍忍忍!等俺搬了家,不必每天经过数次,就不用这样受它们诱惑了,俺眼不见心不馋!

<DIV class=quote>以下是引用紫藤111在2006-5-10 9:18:50的发言： 请问楼主，屋顶得承重如何计算，你屋顶花园重量不轻。[em03]</DIV>屋顶承重也是当初最最担心的,屋顶的设计荷载是380,阳光房利用了原有的砼棚架,在架下加塑钢推拉门窗,顶部反复权衡采用了彩钢顶,虽然与整体风格不太搭,不过安全才是最重要的,这个方案是咨询了这个楼房的设计代表才定下来的.要是当初他说声不可以,那这间玻璃屋也就不敢搭建了.从室内上露台的那块平台是用炭渣填起来的,因为下面有供水管道需要遮蔽.其余的如水池水深只有十几公分,亭子的几个柱子落在了承重墙上,花池里的土我嫌太厚重,就自己把已植好的草皮和部分植物给搬了家,请人把土挑了很多去扔了,然后混进了大量的珍珠岩和轻质土,大部分土层只有十几公分深甚至几公分,靠近墙根的地方覆土厚一些,三十至四十公分不等.大一点的植物也都定植在有承重墙的地方,现在担心的就是假山这个点,没有落在承重墙上,不过考虑屋顶是现浇,荷载会分散,不会象盖板的那种荷载集中在一块板上,所以也就没有过细地计算了.也许以后会有其它方案替换掉它,我也不想在自己脑袋上安个定时炸弹呀,不过LG总说我多虑,好歹他也是学工程的,装修整个儿不管还语言攻击,真想踹他两下!
