简直是向往的地方也。问一下楼主呢，这么一栋大山寨要花多少银子啊。地是租还是买啊?要多少钱啊。我也参考一下，看在哪个农村为父母建一个。.[em02]

<>雨儿漂，说起来遗憾，我本来是看中一块带瀑布的地的，那瀑布大概１０米高，流量半个立方／秒是有的，想想在旁边盖个房子，挖个泳池该多舒服！！！又在路边，可惜这地方几十年前是古树参天，蛇豹出没的地方，当年都传说这里有鬼，所以大家都反对，真是可惜</P>
<>燕七：房子买只花了不到２万，但重新休整有花了四万多，整个近７万吧．地是买的，办了土地使用证．原先退休回乡养老国家政策是经村集体同意可以划地的，这么块地大概４０００块钱吧，我因为是买的村民的房子，这个也不用出了，办土地使用证花了几百块钱．但现在好象不行了吧？</P>

真不错!建议规划要有野趣,好与那里的环境协调,还有:再养条大狗就更好了.

<>看了乡下老伯的鸟屋,突然想到周围的确林子里住着许多鸟,常见的确一种尾巴上有两根长长的尾翎,傍晚就会飞到板栗树上.还有种就是山雀,有那么10来只,每天跑到鸡食槽里偷吃稻谷,这家伙可比麻雀厉害,象鹦鹉一样,把稻壳剥了,只吃里面的米.要是我也在这些树上挂些鸟屋,并且常常撒些稻谷,小鸟们会不会住进来呢?</P>
