<TD vAlign=top colSpan=2>土人参别名玉参、高厘草，喜生于村旁、山坡等地，是一种多年生观赏兼药用的直立草本植物。其植株高可达40厘米，茎少分枝，叶互生，卵形肉质，长7——10厘米，宽3——4厘米，基部楔形，肉质根，形似人参，所以称之为土人参。土人参有润肺、益气、健脾功效，对疾多久咳、劳伤等有一定疗效。土人参又是餐桌上一道营养丰富、味道极鲜的野菜。它适应性广，耐粗放栽培，很适粗农家种植。其栽培技术要点如下：

<>1、整地 种植土人参与种植蔬菜一样，首先应整地起畦，畦宽1米为宜，长度依地形而定。土人参种子细小，因而育苗床应把土块尽量打碎整平，以利种子萌发和幼苗生长。 </P>
<>2、栽培时间 结合当地气候特点，温度在15℃以上至秋季均可种植。 </P>
<>3、播种育苗 土人参在播种前先将种子放在太阳下晒3——4小时，然后用40℃左右的温水浸3——4小时，捞起与极细的泥土或细沙拌均匀，直接撒播在育苗床上，然后在种子上盖一层0．5——1厘米厚的沙土即可。 </P>
<>4、移植 当土人参长出5——6片叶子时，即可移植到已整好并施足基肥的土畔上定植，株行距10厘米X15厘米，定植后注意保湿。 </P>
<>5、田间管理 幼苗定植成活后即施一次腐熟的5％人粪尿，保持土壤湿润，以后每隔7——10天追施肥水一次。当植株长至12——18厘米时，即可在离地2——3片叶处整株采下供食用。采摘过后的植株施足肥水，土人参又会不断分生嫩薹被，可不断采收，直至秋季，随后宿根越冬。第二年春天温度在15℃以上时又开始萌发，此时即可移植栽培。 <BR><BR></P></TD><BR></TR></TABLE><BR>
