芒果放酸奶里很好吃的，我常这么干。还有山楂酪，搭配起来也很好，颜色也漂亮。

今天又把这个帖子从头到尾看了一遍，当妈是个合格的促销员呐。看得我都有点心动了。乖乖每天喝酸奶的，但是我怕自己做会加重奶奶的负担。会不会呢？

>不会的,很方便,程序如下
<

>1、把牛奶倒入酸奶机中
<

>2、加入100G原味酸奶引子，稍微搅拌一下

>3、把容器放入酸奶机，插上电，时间到了也就好了，多方便
