    我做过一锅香菇青菜火腿丁菜饭，又香又有营养，而且不用油炸，没有油烟，想不想试试？

从这里推理应该是你的帅锅做给你吃的[em02][em02][em02]

其实很简单，你只需把青菜和香菇切成丝，火腿肠切成小块，然后就象平时做饭一样把它们全部放进电饭锅就可以了，对了，别忘了主料———米，最后加水、盐、味精，再稍稍淋一点色拉油搅匀，你就等着香喷喷的菜饭大块朵颐吧！：）

没试过放花菜,不过我很喜欢吃花菜,怎么做都喜欢吃.下次也要试一试.
