丸子老师，为什么我炒年糕时老是会粘底而且焦掉啊？最后只好放了些水变成汤年糕了。
（我就是油烧热后放年糕片炒的。）

好香啊~（呵呵，我有特异功能），看着成色就知道丸子同学还是有两下子的~

为什么你们那里叫“白蟹”，不就是叫枪蟹的嘛？[em07] 一开始看到标题的时候，我
还以为是我们这里的“白玉蟹要炒年糕”，怎么吃啊，呵呵 [em03][em03]

TO YEROU:我们那儿也是叫白蟹的.捕上来的梭子蟹渔民用矾(也可能是用烧碱?)和盐处理过后才叫做枪蟹,味道很咸,也很鲜,很下饭的.不过,现在看看这种做法可能不是太好,可能容易致病.
