油甘我这里经常有,番荔枝不知谁吃过,味道如果?西印度樱桃没听过?台湾青枣并不好吃.

油甘，是不是那中味道像青橄榄的东东啊？番荔枝买的时候要挑软的，硬的不能吃，里面的肉白色，粘粘的很甜，但果皮有松香味，很难闻。正宗的台湾青枣有鸡蛋般大，质地脆嫩多汁味道清甜，很好吃的呀。

油甘很涩，如果不是为了治咽喉炎，我是不喜欢的：）

寂寂无名

油甘我们这里叫做牛甘果（或油甘果）刚吃的时候是又苦又涩，但过后却是甘甜无比，这时候再来一杯香茶，真是太棒了。牛甘果也可以腌酸的，先把牛甘果洗净，然后用一个坛子盛起来，加上清水，泡上十天半月，待颜色由绿变黄，就可以拿出来，用一个夹子（这个夹子是用两片厚木板，固定住一头，另一头是活动的）把牛甘果夹扁，这样容易入味，夹好后，放上盐（少许）、糖、糖精、还有少许辣椒一起腌，入味以后就可以吃了，又酸又甜又辣又甘，这种味道，真是太棒了。没吃过的可以来我们广西，不论你走到哪里的酸野摊都可以吃到的。
牛甘果的叶子还可以拿来做枕头芯的，听说是可以明目清火…………还有些什么记不清楚啦。
