洋芋丸子

今天蟀哥值班，我就充当好妇人啊。昨天买了一本贝太厨房，今天就照猫画虎咯。照片明天上。哈哈
1、油焖辣味虾  三两基味虾先用料酒腌10分钟，姜丝蒜末葱头爆香放虾，放糖盐生抽炒匀，小火焖5分钟起锅，很好吃，很容易上手。推荐推荐啊。
2、 时蔬清汤  将玉米切段胡萝卜切片，西兰花掰块香芹切段，水烧开放入，放盐和鸡精，烧沸以后小火煮15分钟，起锅，色泽丰富，营养丰富，你就想象吧，一口吃进去，全是维生素和叶酸，立码觉得健康美味啦。美中不足的是时间太久，西兰花太软了，不过汤的味道的确不错，很清淡爽口。
3、葱油白扁豆  这个是从老妈那里拜师学艺的。白扁豆浸泡一晚上，再用高压锅吹，要的效果是软糯。将葱头爆香，放入白扁豆，放糖生抽鸡精盐，翻炒匀了起锅。很不错。
