麦冬可以泡茶，最好煮水，煮的透一些。
杨子还推荐一个：麦冬西洋参炖鹌鹑。据说炖在汤里的麦冬还可以吃的，酥酥的。

还真没见过。发现自己真的很不把吃当一码事，不够爱护自己哦，因为那么多好吃的都不认识。

我今天买了麦冬，打算用鸽子来炖，好好补补自己，不要老是想着帅哥，要多关心自己了。

还有啊，宁波的咸菜很有名吧，传说中都是用乡下田头的粪缸才好吃呢。

你说的粪缸行话叫露天粪缸，近年来大搞农村环境卫生，掀起“粪缸革命”。

你罗列的两个说法让人喷饭。打死我我也不信。[em37]

那个麦冬看起来品质不错，有着美玉一般的外表。我们这里麦冬地栽的比较多。我还见过一种叫天门冬的，红果果，吊盆于空中可形成“大波浪”，翠绿欲滴。
