红烧肉咋做啊？？？看来楼上的都是嗜肉一族啊！！

妖妖，老实说我还真不知道老公怎么做红烧肉的。肉是买的“猪方肉”，有皮、有肥肉的那种，然后切成块放锅里汆一下。之后的步骤就是他“秘制”的，没让我看。[em03][em03]我就负责吃了。[em27][em27]

知道很粗的做法：先把白糖炒成焦黄，放肉及大料一起炒到表面熟，糖浆裹满肉块，此时糖已成焦红色了，加水闷煮半小时，放盐出锅。

上周五去了孔乙己酒店，早在1年多以前去过，对那里印象不错。可这次感觉不如从前了，问服务员上次我们吃的一个菜名，她完全不知道。随便贴几个菜看看吧！

还千呼万唤等来了一个土鸡汤，因为实在等太久，上来就被我们七手八脚地瓜分了。没来得及拍照。[em23][em23]

这次没点这里比较有名的茴香豆，因为之前吃过，觉得味道也一般般。
