剁椒酱的做法不用说了吧，以前的帖子里有的

材料：大蒜（一整个），肉末（半斤），剁椒酱（两大勺），千岛农家酱（一大勺，这个也可以用其他辣酱代替，不加也可以）

做法：大蒜垛成末，油烧热后先放大蒜末，炒到金黄色，有香味以后，再放剁椒酱，稍微炒一炒，最后放肉末。然后加适量的酱油，糖，料酒，农家酱。再炒一会，肉末都散开了，熟了就可以了。

做好以后放冷了，用保鲜膜盖好放冰箱里，有好多天好放，吃的时候用干净的勺子兜一点出来就可以了。拌面，下饭都可以。

一个是罗宋汤
拍的时候汤还没完全烧好，看上去有点稀

后来又煮了半个小时，加了点番茄酱，好看又好吃，天气那么热，喝这个汤开胃
