不错不错,花蛤和大虾我最喜欢！大虾不放油不会糊掉啊？

不会，锅里先放一勺盐，烧热了以后放进大虾，要不停的翻炒，炒到水都干了，虾皮有点皱了。再放很多葱，稍微炒一会，就可以起锅了

这样烧不要放味精，已经很鲜美了，原汁原味，是宁波菜的做法

汤勺的话半勺就够了，我家的勺子很小

一般扣准你想要的咸度放盐

其实很多盐都粘在锅子上，虾不会很咸的，要咸也就咸在表皮上
