不过现在开始，去山上要带清凉油或者涂蚊不叮了，已经开始有蚊子了。。。
山上的虫子开始多起来了：（

果丹皮手臂被咬了，而我，[em03]居然腰上被咬了一口，昏倒~！
还好现在蚊子咬起人来还不是最毒，要不还得回家翻箱捣柜找清凉油呢[em02]

好了，继续。苦苣菜，不是蒲公英哦~！

她的种子，毛茸茸的，好象一簇绒毛（[em20]我家小不点的绒毛？），很想伸手去摸一下

先来个问题：猜猜看，我是在哪里拍到的？

薯蓣科的薯蓣。大的超市里经常可以看到它的根茎卖哦~！标明“山药”
杭州华商超市里老看到的，呵呵，不过超市里只能看到长长粗粗的块根，没有叶子的哈~！

也就是山药 - 薯蓣科植物薯蓣（Dioscorea opprisita Thunb.）的根茎。

入药部位：根。功能：补脾健胃，益肺养肾。

另外看到资料，有的化妆品内开始要用到其中的部分成分。。。：

野山药 (Wild Yam)

野山药，又称为薯蓣，广泛种植于热带、亚热带和温带。因为山药中含有一种类似固醇类荷尔蒙化学结构式的皂苷配基（Diosgenin），传统用于舒解痛经、消炎。近年来，其护肤方面的功效开始为人所关注。野山药提取液能明显改善皮肤缺水的状况，提供深度滋润并显著增加肌肤柔软度。

那天我也去挖几棵虎儿草。从30路站边上的路上去第二个亭子不到（亭子下）左边的山坡上有很多。我去年挖过。
