总结:杨师傅说酒到肉的一多半,我怕给弄糊了,就倒多了,酒和肉平行了,我用了一斤多一点的肉,一斤加饭酒,还有老抽,烧到一半加糖。肉熟了汁还有不少,第二张是只把肉捞出来,烧锅里还有些汁。味道是很不错的,比以前的方法烧都好吃,忘记加五香粉,我只加了姜和大料。决定将它做为保留菜谱了。
