报告:昨晚幽兰阳台上挂出了小红旗,农民和水冰月冲过去瓜分,有这帮“禽兽”在,还能给我们留什么啊?连汤汁也被舔干净了![em00]

俺虽然做饭时间不长,但有时连我自己都觉得我是个天才,尤其是第一次做的。闲话少说,上肉了。

成品

总结:杨师傅说酒到肉的一多半,我怕给弄糊了,就倒多了,酒和肉平行了,我用了一斤多一点的肉,一斤加饭酒,还有老抽,烧到一半加糖。肉熟了汁还有不少,第二张是只把肉捞出来,烧锅里还有些汁。味道是很不错的,比以前的方法烧都好吃,忘记加五香粉,我只加了姜和大料。决定将它做为保留菜谱了。

还是半成品好看,成品干呼呼的,连油水都没有。我不放姜和大料,大料是什么?

还好没被淹S,看到PP了。
俺觉得比396做的好,颜色漂亮,看起来味道很足呢!
8过用酒来煮肉真的会味道好吗???

水冰月牌盐水鸭

本村村民开聚餐时,跟水冰月学的,这几天水冰月上不来,她做的贴不上来,我就抢先贴喽。

腌好后入锅煮,这是煮好后的,我怕刀功不灵先拍上一张

大着胆好切开,还不是很难切。


总结:好做又好吃,做好后放冰箱冰凉。在水冰月家吃后觉得很好吃,这是水冰月家帅哥的独门秘方,决定保留了。

没打预告,是怕做不好。老公以为是我买来骗他的:)[em23][em23]
