这就把他交出去随你们扁，千万别手软。

就是最普通的炸酱：
材料：东北大豆酱（正宗用干黄酱），肉馅，葱姜蒜末，葱花，料酒，糖，黄瓜丝。
做法：锅多放一点油，温油下葱姜蒜末、肉馅搅散，喷点酒。等肉差不多熟了的时
候放酱，炒出酱香味，放开水调节浓度，放一点糖（调和酱的苦味），关火，洒葱花，搅匀。

家里冰箱里还有去年我妈妈自个儿做的豆瓣酱，不知道可不可以用它来做？
