<>1、油皮:150克中粉,15克糖,50克水,40克精制油(猪油更香)</P>
<>2、油酥:100克低粉,40克精制油(猪油更香)</P>
<>油皮,油酥分别揉合,醒20分钟,醒粉的同时拌肉酱,放点姜,酒,酱油,糖,往同一方向搅拌。</P>
