<>炎夏终于在今天有个逗号,今晚冷空气达到,有人竟然说要注意防寒保暖,不过天凉好个秋应该不远吧。</P>
<>月儿圆了,桂子香了,狗狗长膘了,月饼开炉了,烤箱放完暑假,开学第一炉来个鲜肉月饼吧。</P>

<>方子:</P>
<>1、油皮:150克中粉,15克糖,50克水,40克精制油(猪油更香)</P>
<>2、油酥:100克低粉,40克精制油(猪油更香)</P>
<>油皮,油酥分别揉合,醒20分钟,醒粉的同时拌肉酱,放点姜,酒,酱油,糖,往同一方向搅拌。</P>

哇,鲜肉酥皮月饼!我都很喜欢这种月饼的,中秋做了给我爹吃,他有糖尿病,吃不得甜的。

<br>四川没有那样的月饼?上海这种鲜肉月饼一年四季有的买,特点:一是咸的二是要乘热吃,很好吃的。最著名的是南京路上的老大房,天天有人排队等候买新出炉的热月饼。
