<>方子：</P>
<>1、油皮：150克中粉，15克糖，50克水，40克精制油（猪油更香）</P>
<>2、油酥：100克低粉，40克精制油（猪油更香）</P>
<>油皮，油酥分别揉合，醒20分钟，醒粉的同时拌肉酱，放点姜，酒，酱油，糖，往同一方向搅拌。</P>
