厉害的米兔
平时都没动手过,没下过厨,惭愧的说;
翻了下,不知道对不对,米兔看看.
Butter 黄油 250g
Plain Flour 面粉 320-350g
Milk powder 奶粉 50g
Fine Sugar 白砂糖 20g
Egg Yolk 蛋黄 2
Egg White 蛋清 1 (small egg. if big egg, reduce quantity by half 用小枚的蛋一只,如果蛋比较大,用量减半)
Yellow Color黄色 1-2 drops (optional) 1-2滴(可选)
Vanilla Essence香草香精 1/2 tsp 1/2 茶匙
Glaze: 1 egg yolk- beat up for brushing 上光:1 蛋黄- 用打好的蛋黄刷小面团上色泽
1. Sieve flour + milk power into bowl. Add in sugar + butter (cut into cubes) 把面粉和奶粉筛入碗里。加入白糖和黄油(黄油切成小块块)
2. Rub in butter until it resemble bread crumbs. (Rub fingers + raise up hands to make dough fluffy) 揉入黄油直到看起来如面包屑般蓬松发胀(用手揉直到使生面团发胀变松软)
3.。Beat up eggs + color + vanilla essence + 3 spoon of hot water. Add into 2. + mix by hand. Dough will not stick to bowl when done. 打蛋+色素+香草香精+三勺子的热水,然后加入发好的面团里,用手和面团直到不粘碗为止。
4. Shape into required shapes. 把面团揉搓成所需形状的小面团团。
5. Brush egg on tarts and bake in oven 180 c for 10-15 mins. 把蛋刷在小面团上,放入烤箱180度加热10-15分钟
6. Leave to cool before pack into container. 取出冷却后装盆。
