哈哈，还是笛子说的明了[em28]
黑白和周处，有机会一定要吃温州风味的鱼丸汤或者鱼丸面哦，绝对和圆溜溜的鱼丸不一样！[em27][em27]
还有敲鱼，敲虾。。。。。。。

我妈妈不是温州人也常做这种鱼丸，的确很好吃，只是比较费劲。

我老家也做鱼丸的，加蛋清的白色，叫白丸；还有一种是加蛋黄，还要用油煎一下，叫鱼饼。是和黑白讲的一样，要一个顺序搅拌，用勺子弄圆了下锅的。鱼面也有的，还有鱼包肉。。。。
