1)蒜蓉空心菜. 本来是要用腐乳椒丝的,腐乳没有了.
2)鱿鱼炒韭黄 这个绝妙.但要做好也不容易.关键是做之前要加盐和黄酒稍浸2分钟,做的时候要加点花椒粉.
我吃了这个菜很多次,也没被老板炒掉.

2)蘑菇蕃茄紫菜汤. 要有一个鸡蛋就好了.可惜我家的蛋吃光了.加点麻油好吃.
