１）蒜蓉空心菜．　本来是要用腐乳椒丝的，腐乳没有了．
２）鱿鱼炒韭黄　　这个绝妙．但要做好也不容易．关键是做之前要加盐和黄酒稍浸２分钟，做的时候要加点花椒粉．
我吃了这个菜很多次，也没被老板炒掉．
