中午烧毛豆的时候顺便一起弄了.
先把凤爪一切二,倒入酒腌了十分钟,然后在水里放了些姜片烧开,放入凤爪.烧开后又倒了些酒,主要是去腥(也许程序重复了),烧了十五分钟,捞起凤爪.凉干后倒入糟卤,加了些盐.
