粥没糊,我水放少了,太稠了,又是近距离拍,所以看上去不怎么样.[em04][em04]
我是第一次糟没试过,吃的时候LG说要带壳的.他吃过还不指正我.

中午烧毛豆的时候顺便一起弄了.
先把凤爪一切二,倒入酒腌了十分钟,然后在水里放了些姜片烧开,放入凤爪.烧开后又倒了些酒,主要是去腥(也许程序重复了),烧了十五分钟,捞起凤爪.凉干后倒入糟卤,加了些盐.

LG的总结是:味道不错,尤其是凤爪入味了,好吃.他一人吃了四个凤爪.最后嘀咕了一句:糟味不可以一直吃,要过一段时间弄一次.[em06][em06]
