草菇炒肉.这是我家今年第一次炒肉片,平时炖排骨多一点.
原料:草菇\肉片\榨菜丝
调料:料酒和姜
做法:将肉切片,草菇也切成片.热锅入油,倒入姜末煸炒一下,放入肉片至变色,倒入少许料酒,稍炒一下,倒入草菇片和榨菜丝略炒,放入少许水加盖烧一会起锅即可.

LG连汤也没放过.[em04][em04]就是水放多了点,不过LG喜欢喝汤.问下次要烧吗点头.其实中午烧好粥,原本不打算烧菜的.可明天LG要上班,草菇又放不到他回家的,决定烧给他吃的.二人觉得味道很鲜(有点王婆卖瓜的味道)[em04]
