< >材料:胡萝卜1根,蛋2个,砂糖1/4杯,红砂糖1/4杯,牛奶1杯,低筋面粉2杯(我就用的普通面粉),泡打粉2小匙,奶油少许</P>
< >做法:</P>
< >1、胡萝卜削皮切大块,放入碗中,覆上保鲜膜入微波炉4分钟,取出加牛奶入果汁机打成汁。</P>
< >2、蛋打散,加糖打至蛋白乳白起泡,再将低筋面粉、泡打粉过筛,将胡萝卜牛奶加入搅拌均匀。</P>
< >3、平底锅烧热,蘸少许奶油涂锅,倒入适量的面糊以小火煎烤,表面起泡时,翻面略煎即可。</P>
< >4、食用时淋上糖浆或搭配奶油、果酱即可。</P>
