其实牛排用切碎的洋葱淹过也会嫩的.

<>材料:胡萝卜1根,蛋2个,砂糖1/4杯,红砂糖1/4杯,牛奶1杯,低筋面粉2杯(我就用的普通面粉),泡打粉2小匙,奶油少许</P>
<>做法:</P>
<>1、胡萝卜削皮切大块,放入碗中,覆上保鲜膜入微波炉4分钟,取出加牛奶入果汁机打成汁。</P>
<>2、蛋打散,加糖打至蛋白乳白起泡,再将低筋面粉、泡打粉过筛,将胡萝卜牛奶加入搅拌均匀。</P>
<>3、平底锅烧热,蘸少许奶油涂锅,倒入适量的面糊以小火煎烤,表面起泡时,翻面略煎即可。</P>
<>4、食用时淋上糖浆或搭配奶油、果酱即可。</P>

<>材料:蛋黄6个,鲜奶3杯,糖4大匙</P>
<>做法:</P>
<>1、蛋黄打散,加入鲜奶调匀,再加糖搅拌至糖溶化,用纱网过滤杂质。</P>
<>2、分别盛入小碗,锅中水烧开,改中火,放入盛有蛋液的小碗,蒸20分钟。</P>
<>3、取出即可食用。</P>
<>tips:</P>
<>1、我将分两减半,做了3小碗。</P>
<>2、如果不喜欢太甜,糖的量可以减掉部分。</P>
<>3、蒸蛋液时,前5分钟可将蒸笼盖密闭,5分钟后要将锅盖留一缝隙,方便空气流通,蒸好的蛋液才不会有蜂窝。</P>
<P>4、最好用竹制的蒸笼,我用的不锈钢蒸锅,因为会有蒸汽滴下,蛋液的表面有少量的浮水,但不影响口感和味道。</P>
