< >材料:蛋黄6个,鲜奶3杯,糖4大匙</P>
< >做法:</P>
< >1、蛋黄打散,加入鲜奶调匀,再加糖搅拌至糖溶化,用纱网过滤杂质。</P>
< >2、分别盛入小碗,锅中水烧开,改中火,放入盛有蛋液的小碗,蒸20分钟。</P>
< >3、取出即可食用。</P>
< >tips:</P>
< >1、我将分两减半,做了3小碗。</P>
< >2、如果不喜欢太甜,糖的量可以减掉部分。</P>
< >3、蒸蛋液时,前5分钟可将蒸笼盖密闭,5分钟后要将锅盖留一缝隙,方便空气流通,蒸好的蛋液才不会有蜂窝。</P>
<P>4、最好用竹制的蒸笼,我用的不锈钢蒸锅,因为会有蒸汽滴下,蛋液的表面有少量的浮水,但不影响口感和味道。</P>
