苦瓜卖相太难看了。
看见臭豆腐，好想吃臭豆腐炒虾仁啊，放N多的干辣椒，过瘾。不行了，流口水了：（

同意，都是藏花害的，我都不好意思拍，在帅哥的鼓励下还是拍了。但是味道是实在好吃。

不用，都不用，我这个做法，到最后都不苦了。要煮很久呢，还有肉的味道，试试，当零食吃也行。

糯米泡一会儿，放肉末香菇盐糖酒鸡精芝麻调好，肉末为主。
煮的时候，把苦瓜芯子垫锅底，防止结焦，这次煮过头了，焦的就是下面的，苦瓜基本没有焦。
放水，比苦瓜略低，加酱油，煮到快干就可以了。

这个不是清炒啊，所以就是不焦，卖相也好不到哪里去的。我家每年这个时候经常做的，有时候一脸煮2锅呢。
