草鱼在冰箱里放久了,可以先暴腌一天,然后放葱姜蒜清蒸,很好吃.

清蒸鲈鱼我会做的，下次我想烧个干煎鲳鱼什么的试试看。

草鱼我不大喜欢，这次是因为别人不会烧，所以拿来试试看。

肉丝切得粗了些。

这个是不是潘阳湖的草？我们这边叫离蒿的？我喜欢用它炒腊肉。

冬笋切成片，肉也切成片炒也很好吃（而不费事），再加点韭菜更香哦。
