几年来难得烧了几个菜（做得差劲的菜第7页）

做了三个菜。

炒素丁，在朋友家的冰箱里翻出来的，是超市里配好的速冻原料。拿来炒了炒，颜色还可以，就是不好吃，豌豆皮很硬。下次用水先烫一下。

芦蒿香干，没有肉丝了。炒得很难看。和上次比差远了。就不上照片了。

红烧小鲳鱼，原本是想烧干煎的，可是搞不清楚是不是烧熟了，煎好后又红烧了一下。烧得很难看，不过吃的人说，这是我这次烧的三个菜里味道最好的。

这条鲳鱼真是够大的，去掉两块肉，竟然还没有见到骨头。
