我今天中午做了红烧肉，味道果真不错，而且挺省事的。

可是颜色没有那么黑，是不是酱油少了。

下次做盐水鸡试试，北京买鸭子不容易呀，只好改鸡了。

按做红烧肉的方法，我突发奇想，不知烧凤爪味道如何，于是，我就试做了一下，还真棒，这个方法烧的凤爪比肉好吃多了。大家快试吧，可以当凉菜吃啊
