按做红烧肉的方法，我突发奇想，不知烧凤爪味道如何，于是，我就试做了一下，还真棒，这个方法烧的凤爪比肉好吃多了。大家快试吧，可以当凉菜吃啊

牛肉最好用高压锅，我用沙锅炖汤一般需要2个小时左右才能烂。
