<>再说说我平时做菜，两人都要上班，所以力求快和方便！去饭堂，那是不得已为之，能自己做的，基本上就不会去。现在天气冷，就常常会做煲仔菜。说起这个，也是好玩，有天去买了两个极好的煲，是耐煮的，以前的砂锅都是用两月就裂，这种煲好象用了两年多了，不怕冷不怕热，还被我开发了N个煲仔菜，又方便，吃得也舒服，所以是我们家常做的。</P>

<>今天做的是砂煲杂煮，表在意名字，我用肉丸子做的，实际上就是做好了肉丸子，用砂锅和中小火炖上40分钟，这一步可以晚上做，第二天放点菇类、菜类、豆腐什么的10分钟就成了，主要是天气冷，砂锅保温好，在没有暖气又湿寒的地方很合适。这里边最重要的就是肉丸子了，所以重点来说说肉丸子。肉丸子中，我最爱吃的是狮子头，可是做法太讲究了，费时，上班的人平时不方便做，所以，吸取了一些方法，半肥瘦肉剁好，全瘦的不要，吃起来不润也没味道，也可以搅碎，但没有剁的好吃，可以做全肉的，也可以加香菇、马蹄，反正喜欢什么加什么。</P>
<>     我昨天做的有点特别，家里正好没那几样加了，翻了下，竟然发现萝卜干，是那种湿的萧山萝卜干，呵，我又喜欢东试西试的，结果发现味道好得很，口感也很好。把它剁剁碎，加上姜茸、酒、一点点盐、然后开始搅，一般说来，这项工作是大懒完成的，昨天他不在，我自己搅了好久，真累！要想好吃就得这么搅，吃起来可棒了，吃完的后遗症就是再也不想买外边淀粉多多的肉丸子了。搅好，砂锅加水，多一些，然后打湿手，左手挤，右手用勺子配合，把丸子挤到锅里，全都挤好，水开后慢火炖上40分钟以上，然后想做什么都行，去藏花灌水啦、中毒啦，随便！炖好后就可以随便做了，吃不完那么多，拿些出来装盒里打火锅时用，绝对比外边买的好得多；或者红烧；或象我一样，杂煮，什么金针菇、白菜、豆腐的放一些，调好味道就上桌了。肉丸子吃起来润润的，里边吸饱了汁，萝卜干的盐和甜也被调动了起来，其他的自己去想吧，呵呵！</P>

<>中午，大懒和我一起吃饭，我挟起一个丸子，吃了一口，哗！真润，里边的汁味道真好！满脸淘醉！此时，大懒质问的声音在耳边响起：“嗯？没有我来搅也那么好吃吗？”连忙低姿态：当然当然，还是你搅的最好吃了，我搅的差远了！大懒，吃了一个，心满意足状：嗯！虽然不如我的，但还是不错地！于是开始狼吞虎咽，吃饱了，排排坐着玩，玩什么？玩看谁的双下巴肥，故意把头压着脖子，做出双下巴来，给对方玩。结果很闷地发现是我肥。</P>
