向兮兮学习，喝粥，红枣粥，2碟酱菜。这是家里常备的。银杏牌的菜心，金东海的乳黄瓜，是同类酱菜里最好吃的2个牌子。还有一个微波黄鱼是给帅哥吃的。

莲藕红枣枸杞麦冬炖排骨，煲好后给帅哥做宵夜的，末末没有滗掉，样子不大好看，但是非常非常好喝。
